SCOPE OF PRACTICE

I am a licensed professional & held to the highest standards of American Massage Therapy Association

I don't diagnose illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder

Massage Therapy is a profession in which  manual techniques & other therapies are applied to soft tissue with the intention of positively affecting the health & wellbeing of the client

CLIENT NEEDS & BOUNDARIES

Upon request pressure, temperature, music, volume, etc can be adjusted to your comfort

You are free to disrobe to your comfort level, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time; the therapy door is never locked

You will always be modestly draped

Discussions are kept confidential

PAYMENT

Payment for service is due prior to/at the time of visit

Payment methods accepted: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards

There is a $8 convenience fee for any and all card transactions. To avoid this fee, cash is an accepted form of payment.

ARRIVAL TO YOUR SESSION 

Please consider your personal hygiene 

Do not eat a heavy meal 

If you are sick/experiencing signs of illness please reschedule

LATE ARRIVAL & CANCELLATION

Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, please consider the following & I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Call/text if you’re running late. I may shorten your service time in order to remain on schedule for following clients. The regular service price will apply.

No shows & same day cancellations will not be rebooked.

EXISTING & NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS

It is your responsibility to keep me informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, & to provide written permission from your physician that massage may be conducted

You must keep me informed of any changes in health conditions

Inform me if you are currently on/taking any medications

Annual rate increases may apply

At any point if my safety is compromised, the session will be stopped immediately & full payment is due
